Bill
Gill has been a leading figure in the internal
audit world
for over a decade through his involvement
with many professional and trade bodies.
His specialism within the housing sector
has lead to a dual role both as an experienced
internal auditor and a multi-skilled housing
consultant. He has developed an excellent

Bill's area of expertise

standing involvement with the IIA and

within the sector, providing easily understandable
risk workshops and documentation. Bill
is also experienced in governance issues,
especially Audit Committees and regulatory
issues. On the operational side Bill
has an excellent grounding in many aspects
of housing association work. His particular

people, maintenance, partnering, performance
indicators and rent arrears.
